Service Description

This class is intended to meet the needs of anyone who wants to gently move their body in a safe place. This 75 minute class will help to connect the mind and body through the practice of breath, grounding postures and stretching movements. It's important to note that each person will be invited to move at their pace and will be encouraged to listen to their own body. There will be 45 minutes of Slow Flow yoga with a short Savasana to transition into Neurogenic Tremoring.
